MISSION
To provide guidance to the Upstream Kansas and the Youth Leaders in Kansas programs, working to decrease substance misuse and promote mental health in youth within Kansas communities.
YLINK, offers an opportunity for youth adults to develop community awareness and youth leadership skills.
