Upstream Kansas is launching a free Community of Practice for adults who work in the youth substance misuse prevention field across the state. A Community of Practice is a group of people who share a concern or passion for something they do and learn how to do it better as they interact regularly. The Upstream Kansas CoP will meet virtually monthly (with opportunities for in-person meetings occasionally) for facilitated discussion, workshops, and problem-solving.
